Real Estate Riches. Dolf De Roos has an amazing passion for property investment and this is noticeable from the first page of his book, Real Estate Riches. It’s hard not to feed off the positive energy that he creates as he slowly reveals more and more reasons why property is such a good investment. In fact by the end of the book you are left wondering why you haven’t figured this out yet as it seems so simple and you’re not sure why every man and his dog do not invest in property.
Dolf covers all the basics in this book, starting with the age old anomaly, why do you have to have a job? Most of us are terrified of the thought of not being employed as we feel secure in the knowledge that every month we will have earned a small amount of money to get us
through to the next month’s pay check. Dolf explains how you don’t need to have a job to keep the money coming in each month.
He covers the reasons why property is the perfect investment and how to go about leveraging other people’s money to end up investing as little as possible and how to create phenomenal returns from that investment. He details how much work is involved to find those great deals, but leaves you feeling confident that it’s just a numbers game and should you put in the time to search for your good deals, you’ll certainly find them!
Dolf mentions interesting ways of adding value to properties and even more interesting ways of how to get the most out of what you put in, be it time, money or alterations to your properties. He covers in great detail the difference between yields and cash on cash returns, how to work them out for each of your properties and how to use them to your advantage.
For anyone who wants to understand how people make money from property, Real Estate Riches is a book to read. For anyone who wants motivation to get into property investment, Real Estate Riches is a book to read, and for anyone who thinks they’ll keep on renting, Real Estate Riches is certainly a book to read. I’ve decided to finish with an extract from the book, so over to Dolf.
“We are going to be dead for a mighty long time. Every moment counts. Make the most of life. Decide what it is you want to do, and go out there and do it. If you’re not having fun, change something until you are. Decide what it is you are passionate about, and then pursue it with vigour. Keep your eyes open! Don’t spend too much time sleeping. Once today is over, it is gone for good. Remember, the Deal of the Decade comes along about once a week. Find a couple for yourself. And most important of all, have some fun along the way!”
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne mitsubishi estate
The Secret has existed throughout the history of humankind. It has been discovered, coveted, suppressed, hidden, lost and recovered. It has been hunted down, stolen, and bought for vast sums of money. Now for the first time in history, it is being revealed to the world over two breathtaking hours.
I must admit that the hype and marketing methods of The Secret does seem to be a little over the top. You get the impression that this secret has been found on ancient scrolls discovered in Dead Sea caves or somewhere just as historic and important.
What Rhonda Byrne has done however, is study many famous people from throughout history, people such as Plato, Leonardo, Galileo, Napoleon, Hugo, Beethoven, Lincoln, Edison, Einstein and Carnegie, to name but a few, and has put managed to come up with a single common denominator between them.
Also if you study oral traditions, literature, religious beliefs and philosophies throughout the ages, you will see that the same message is in fact being told in all of them. Rhonda has put together a great team of teachers, people that are experts in their respective fields, to share their wisdom, experiences and expertise on this DVD. These teachers include some of the world’s leaders in the fields of business, economics, medicine, psychology, history, theology and science.
The Secret incorporates real life stories and testimonials of regular people who have changed their lives in profound ways. By applying The Secret they present instances of eradicating disease, acquiring massive wealth, overcoming obstacles and achieving what many would regard as impossible.
I think this DVD is brilliant in that it explains the power of the mind and that if you change the way you think, you will change your life. My only concern is that people will take this message too literally and believe that if they simply know the secret, they will be rich, healthy, popular etc. Buying this DVD alone will not magically improve your life! This is not a winning lottery ticket or a magic wand. If however you take on board what is said, practice the techniques shared, and most importantly take action to improve your life, then yes, this DVD can and will change your life.
Building Your Network Marketing Business mitsubishi estate
Jim Rohn has a fantastic ability to capture an audience with his charming mannerisms and good sense of humour. While listening to this audio CD you can’t help but feel inspired and motivated, he really does simplify things and you’re left thinking “Wow, if he can do it, I sure can”
On this CD Jim Rohn talks about his philosophies that have served him well over the years and have allowed him create great wealth. One of my favourites is: “Profits are better than wages. Wages can make you a living, and that’s fine but profits can make you a fortune and that’s super fine.”
Jim Rohn tells us about the power of part-time, in fact he calls it the magic of part-time. He says that by working your own business on a part-time basis you can grow your income to life changing amounts. That does not have to be a lot of money, an extra $100 per month would help improve most people’s lifestyles and an extra $1000 per month would almost certainly improve matters. It is from these small beginnings that you can grow your business into a full time income and beyond.
One point in particular that Jim Rohn talked about, really made me sit up and think. He simply says that we all live in the same world, we all have opportunities and difficulties. It’s not the opportunities or the difficulties that determine our destination in life; it’s what we choose to do with what is presented to us. He uses a metaphor of a Sail Boat to help explain; “It’s not the blowing of the wind that determines our destination, it’s the set of the sail. The same wind blows on us all”
The CD is focused on helping you build your network marketing business, as I am sure you may have gathered from the title, he uses network marketing examples with all the philosophies that he speaks about and none more so than his philosophy of sewing and reaping. Through this story Jim Rohn shows us how we can all be successful if we take frequent, persistent action towards our goals and don’t let little things cheat us out of big opportunities. If at first things don’t quite go to plan, try and try again and you will reap the rewards.
Jim Rohn finishes off this CD by reminding us to live a good life. By that he means enjoy life, don’t take the small things for granted, keep learning, teach what you have learnt to others, help others, have good friends and most importantly live a full life.
